There’s a point in nearly every one of my cardio-heavy workouts where I start to “feel it”; a rush that’s completely expected, yet beautifully accepted by me and my body every time. I know where that rush stems from (those lovely little things called endorphins) and I know why they’re there (to make me happy and oblivious to the fact that the thing I’ll be feeling shortly after is a soreness like no other), and I welcome that delicious feeling I get because it’s just that–utterly delicious.
Just another reason I absolutely love getting my sweat on.
